Common questions

My child's league or town isn't listed.

We're adding communities across Canada. In the app, use Request Your Area to tell us your town, sport and (if you know it) the league's website. You can also email us. We'll let you know when it's added.

A game time or location looks wrong.

Schedules come from each league's published schedule. If something looks wrong, email us the team, date and what the league shows, and we'll look into it.

How do I get reminders?

Go to the Calendar page and turn on phone-calendar sync. SportSched adds a "SportSched" calendar to your phone, and your phone's calendar sends the reminders. You can choose which events get reminders in Settings → Notifications.

Can my partner see the schedule too?

Yes. Turn on the calendar link on the Calendar page and share it. It works with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar and Outlook. Anyone with the link can see the schedule, so share it only with family.

I turned off calendar access by mistake.

Open your phone's Settings, find SportSched, and allow Calendars. Then turn the sync back on in the app.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and we'll email you a reset link. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use that same button to sign in instead.
