Delete your SportSched account

You can delete your SportSched account and your family's information at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and can't be undone.

Option 1: Delete it in the app (fastest)

Open SportSched and sign in.
Tap Settings, then My Account, then Profile.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. If you signed up with email, you'll be asked for your password.

The deletion happens right away.

Option 2: Ask us to delete it

If you can't get into the app, email privacy@sportsched.ca from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in
Your profile: name, email, phone number, photo, area and home address
Your children's information and their team registrations
Team calendar links, plus events and schedules you added yourself
Your private calendar link, which stops working

What we may keep

Copies in our service providers' backups are removed within [30] days. We may keep a minimal record if the law requires it, for example a record of a support conversation. Public league and team schedules aren't personal information and aren't affected.

Calendar on your phone: if you turned on calendar sync, the "SportSched" calendar stays on your phone after you delete your account. You can remove it in your phone's Calendar settings.
